On February 6th, 2023 Syrian and Türkiye were hit by 7.8 magnitude earthquake. We were able to receive permission from the Turkish government to enter the northern area of Syria, which at the time was controlled by the rebels. The earthquake had killed thousands of people and destroyed much of the little infrastructure that was left after years of war.
