Biography

Stephan Goss is a Swiss technology founder and product executive. He founded Zeeto in 2010 and served as chief executive until 2026. He also founded the business that became Tibrio in 2016 and served as its chief executive from 2019 to 2026. His work has included product development, building engineering and operating teams, international hiring and company financing.

He is a non-executive director of cybersecurity company Internet 2.0 and a YPO member since 2015. He is also one of seven named inventors on US Patent 11,609,952, “Utility based inquiry selection in a streaming data pipeline”, granted in 2023.

His advisory work has included product development and operational scaling for Ukrainian technology companies, and geopolitical risk and crisis planning for companies in the Gulf. He has also worked on cybersecurity and security-sensitive technology projects.

Goss has documented conflict and political change in Ukraine, Afghanistan and Georgia, including photography for Al Jazeera. His field experience informs his geopolitical perspective, and he is increasingly interested in applying that experience alongside his company-building work to defence, autonomous systems and industrial technology.
